As the GlobeLink Worldwide CEO, Mohammad Aman coordinates projects cross-functionally and works with the team to enhance service, sales, day-to-day operations and cost savings. Prior to joining GlobeLink in November 2009, Aman had spent several years with DHL, FedEx and TCS global locations. Having started with a Sales career with DHL in 1989, Aman eventually switched to FedEx and was promoted to various positions within the organization such as Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Corporate Sales Manager. Through the success of these assignments, Aman eventually moved to Canada in 1997 and took an Operations role in FedEx Canada. Graduating from the University of Nottingham, Mustafa joined Tradekey Pvt. Ltd- being a B2B online marketplace bridging the gap between buyers and suppliers. There he introduced a new digital marketing service in the marketing sector called TradeMate Live (chat widget) & integrated it on many customers’ websites. Attended multiple training workshops on Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics and GoDaddy which helped in client selling.
He then moved on to the garment sector and joined Digital Apparels Pvt. Handled timely shipment related activities through proper planning and better allocation of resources which resulted in a reduction of overtime hours. Hired Industrial Engineers to decrease bottlenecks in production moreover, reduced overhead cost by increasing productivity per head of total headcount per production line.
